Twiceler is the name of the robot /Web crawler that Cuil (biggest search engine on the planet) uses.
Cuil has recommended using mcanerin.com to generate robots.txt for Twiceler (user-agent) and the good news is, it is FREE.
If you haven’t already submitted your URLs to Cuil index, I would recommend you do so now. After all they are the biggest!
